I leach while I'm at work. ;-)

But lately I don't update that often. If I find a revision that works
for me, I stick with it for a while longer before I update. I now also
maintain two copies of Lazarus. One which is stable and gets used for
my work. One which is trunk which gets used to test bugs and generate
patches from.  I also use the --pcp parameter to setup different
config directories for each version.
