[Lazarus] 64bit support in Lazarus and FPC

When I installed 64bit Ubuntu 8.04 on our server I copied by 32bit FPC 
to the server and cross-compiled it to get a native 64bit FPC. I guess 
it shouldn't be too hard to go the other way. I hope!  :-)
